We are very excited to be partnering up again with Castel Campo at their magical property in Trentino, Italy! Castel Campo has been a community refuge for over a 1000 years, home to various projects centred around the arts, deep ecology and the wellbeing of vulnerable people. Join us for a week of delicious dishes and explorations of the breathtaking Dolomite mountains.

What to expect:

We begin by welcoming you all with a delicious feast, a perfect time to get to know one another. Throughout your stay, we want you to completely let go and immerse yourself in the beauty of Castel Campo and the companionship of others. Each day there will be a two hour cookery class hosted by Favorita, after which, we sit down to enjoy the meal we have created. The team at Castel Campo will take you up into the Dolomites to experience the magnificent views of the mountains, forage for mushrooms and have lunch, there will also be other excursions, such as a trip to the honey farm and swimming in the beautiful lake Tenno should you choose to. There will of course be time for relaxing and taking in the beautiful grounds and surroundings at the Castel. Every evening after dinner as the sun goes down, we will gather around the campfire and reflect on our day together.

This retreat is open to all - come develop your cooking skills in this ancient castle, relax in the gardens and farmhouse, and experience a part of Italy that is far off the beaten path.
